This is incredibly cool. I haven't had time to read the entire book yet but it is a fascinating look back to cycling in the 19th century and the advent of the 'safety bicycle'. Korn has covered the joys of riding, training, form and more. As a randonneur, however, I had to laugh about the admonition against "wheeling one hundred miles in a day".

I would like to find something similar on high wheel bikes. It's amazing how attitudes about cycling have changed.
